Ordering Flowers for delivery

  • Why can’t I order for same day delivery?

    I make everything completely custom and do not keep flowers on hand but rather hand select them at the flower market the same day you order ensuring the finest freshest selection possible for your loved ones. If you place your order before 5:00 PM your order will qualify for next day delivery (as long as it is an available date). If you order after 5:00 PM, you will need to wait an additional day for your flowers to be delivered.

  • How will I know when you have delivered my flowers?

    I will send you a text message or email including a photo and often a video as well showing you what the flowers you ordered looked like and confirming delivery was successful

  • How do you ensure that the flowers you deliver are received by the recipient?

    I ask for the recipient’s phone number during checkout so that I can text them or call them to let them know that I will be on my way and make sure that everything goes smoothly and their flowers are delivered to the right place at a good time

  • What if I want to order something I don’t see on the website?

    There is a place during checkout that you can request certain design styles and colors within the Florist’s Choice form once you have added the design at the price point you want to your cart. I will do my best to accommodate any requests you make. If you have something that you would like to order that you don’t see represented yet on my website, please give me a call at 708-512-4224 and we can talk through your request and I will make you something custom that suits your needs and wants

  • How far will you deliver?

    I deliver as far as 30 miles from Tinley Park. If you want to see what your delivery charge will be, just pick what you'd like, and go through checkout until you get to the shipping section where you will be able to see the delivery charge. Prices increase incrementally for each mile away from my headquarters you would like your order delivered.

  • Do you fill funeral orders?

    I am so sorry for your loss. Yes, I do. If you would like to order funeral pieces, please contact me via phone at 708-512-4224.

  • Do you sell house plants?

    Yes I do, again I don’t always have a large selection on hand but I have access to gorgeous healthy houseplants from my wholesaler and would be happy to pick out a special one for you or assemble a plant basket for you. Please call me at 708-512-4224 to order plants.

  • How do I specify what day I want my flowers delivered?

    You will be able to choose your delivery date when you choose local delivery at check out. Keep in mind if you order before 5:00 PM, your order will qualify for next day delivery. If you order after 5:00 PM, you will need to wait an additional day for your flowers to be delivered.

  • Why do you limit the color options for holiday arrangements?

    By limiting color options for holidays I am able to buy flowers in greater bulk in those specific colors and am able to put more flowery goodness into every arrangement!
